Hey! I'm Alex, a Southampton based People Learning and Development Consultant.

With 15 years' experience across HR and Learning & Development, I've implemented people development strategies that build capability, support growth and create positive workplace cultures.

I hold a BSc in Human Resource Management, I'm CIPD qualified, and I have a qualification in Executive Coaching and Mentoring. My combination of learning and development expertise and generalist HR experience gives me a holistic view of people development and means I can consider the wider factors that influence performance, engagement and growth.
